Terms of use
1. General
These terms govern placing an order on the website of demo restaurant (the “Restaurant”). By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accept them.
2. Orders and prices
Prices are in Georgian lari (₾). The final amount, including any delivery fee, is shown before you place the order. An order is accepted once the Restaurant confirms it; you can follow its status on the order page.
3. Delivery and pickup
Delivery is available within the zones set by the Restaurant. Delivery times are estimates and may change. For pickup, collect your order at the Restaurant's address.
4. Payment
You can pay by the methods the Restaurant has enabled: cash, card on delivery, or online by card. Online payments are processed by a banking provider; card details are never passed to the Restaurant or the platform.
5. Responsibility
demo restaurant is responsible for the quality, preparation and delivery of the food. direct is a technical platform and is not a party to the sale.
